It is only expected to grow as home owners want to find ways to increase the value in the largest investment of their lives, their house or home. If you think about it, even after the housing bubble burst and home values stopped the crazy inflation, the amount people spent on improving their kitchens, bathrooms, finished off a basement, or added a wing to their home, it was perceived as value added projects that would help them keep up with the down market.
